Kpop Recommendation-Madtown

Dear readers,

I'm here again, and again recommending or in this case acknowledging a new artist. This artist actually debuted last year with the track-YOLO.
Yeah, YOLO as in you only live once. That dead term that no one uses anymore, but everyone still knows what means. I mainly clicked on this artist because of it's track title, not knowing much about them but I must admit the song is decent.
It was a hip hop debut, we had a lot of those in 2014, but the song's catchy.
And though the MV isn't terribly interesting, it does a good job demonstrating their dancing, which was really on point. The choreography was fantastic, and meshed with the vibe of the song really well. When breaking down the lyrics, as the song suggests it's a song that is presenting the message of doing what you want, but also served as a way for them to convey the message to any haters, that this is what we are and that they're cool about it. I thought this was pretty cool to do, as opposed to a love song debut etc.

This song was on their 1st mini album-Madtown. There were 5 tracks, one of them an instrumental, I really enjoyed the intro track because it fitted well with the next track which was Yolo, in that it was down on the beat and a little gritty with a lot more rap than vocals. The other two songs: Stunning
and What's your number. I did like Stunning, though the song didn't really hit my spot. And this is what I meant when I wrote this recommendation, isn't so much a recommendation as a acknowledgement.  Similar to Got7 when I first listened to them, I didn't instantly like 'Girls, Girls, Girls' but did resign myself to waiting and seeing what they have.
Madtown is under the management of a small company called J Tune Camp, and hasn't had a chance to really strut their stuff I believe. I'd like to see more songs, with more vocals and maybe with a sweeter edge. If this is not the type of image they're going for, then I look forward to seeing a second coming of something similar to BAP.  This is the metric value or what not I'll be measuring them against.  Leave a comment, tell me what you think of this relatively new boy group and whether you're interested in them.
So this blog post is more like a plea to keep your eyes and mind open, and be ready for what this group can do.

P.s The guys are very very cute, another reason to keep your eyes on them.....mmm just saying....

P.s #2 This group has a duo called Pro C who debuted in 2013 check em' ou-I really enjoy the slow beat of their song Love Hurts-this is more of what I'd like to see them do as Mad Town, also hoping for a 2015 comeback really did like them-also I really appreciate the Bad Memory MV in which their faces aren't actually revealed which links very nicely to the title.
